Fforest Outdoor combines the experience and local knowledge of Heritage Canoes and Adventure Beyond to offer you the highest quality outdoor experiences. From canoeing in the Teifi Gorge to coasteering at the Blue Lagoon, we have the outdoor activity for you. We are based at the Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve (Cilgerran) and in the centre of Cardigan at Fforest Outdoor store and café, Teifi Wharf.
Activities provided by Outposts/Adventure Beyond and Heritage Canoes who both hold licenses from the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (ALAA)

Based in a Georgian mansion in the heart of Pembrokeshire with Visit Wales 1 star hostel accommodation for 100 students in dormitory accommodation. Party leaders in separate en-suite bedrooms. Courses offered include:
- Multi-activity weeks for individual children through the summer

The centre has been developed in an historic range of stone farm buildings on the National Trust's Stackpole estate. There are a variety of superb walks from the centre either along the Bosherston Lily Ponds or through the estate woodlands. Broad Haven beach is approximately one mile away.
Facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, jacuzzi, theatre and covered arena and are perfect for groups and families of all abilities. The accommodation comprises of two group houses and seven cottages, which sleep between 5 and 19 people. The centre is run on a self catering basis.
Activities such as canoeing, rock climbing, abseiling, cycling, horseriding, music and drama can be organised by prior arrangement.
